I'm glad to see this posted. I ran across this by accident back in 2005. I seem to have a knack for knowing what information is important to save, whether I understand it or not. I have a whole thumb drive full of saved articles that are now becoming pertinent. Two come to mind: PNAC and one called "Owning the Weather in 2025". Problem is some of the links within the documents are no longer valid. At one time there was a video of the Owning the Weather, now you can only find the transcript.
I'm sure the community would love to see you post some of your relevant docs on here.
