I'm just going to say blowing up the filibuster is called the nuclear option for a reason. The filibuster has been used to protect us from the dems most radical proposals during the Obama and Biden years.
Maybe. Or maybe it was just a psyop. The filibuster has led to a lot of grandstanding by the uni-party, but it didn't prevent Obama-care or anything else. When a bill is a 1000+ pages of legalese with hundreds of items and 3 contradictory statements about the same thing, the un-elected crew can pick and choose how they want to implement the law.

I don’t remember which Republicans deserters capitulated, but they are likely no longer members of the legislature. The entire process was an embarrassment for critical thinking.

I'd like to hear about four or five instances where the filibuster actually changed anything. Mostly it looks like it just delays the inevitable outcome.
We do have a lot of losers in the house and senate. All the democrats and more than a few republicants.
