They will not release until appeal ruling are issued, up to SC, if necessary. No state agreement or laws can trump federal law.
Also, is ANY “Biden” judge even legitimate since he was a veg? It would be interesting for the DOJ to challenge every ruling from a Biden judge on the basis their appointment is illegitimate.
No need to challenge them when they are not even allowed to be there in the first place. Remove him immediately. It's time to end this clown show.

I think this shit show of rougue judges is on purpose to help our troops at crunch time make the criticle decision each will need to make. Do I follow orders, or do I do what I know is right for the people? With this many rougue judges, no doubt theres plenty of rougue military, captains and above, just a thought!
