Same person exiting the store will have their car’s tag number visible on the recorded video. Person could be charged with false identity, fraudulent use of card, theft, etc. They might get jail time and be required to pay back thousands of dollars after they get out of prison. Some people just don’t think or are plain stupid.
Devils advocate question: Can like Meijer delivery or WalMart Doordash be used and it be dropped off at some "location"? Then it's never tied to a person.
That was just one state, the 29 states that complied with the Department of Agriculture data request showed 180,000 dead people getting benefits..
