LOL I remember when I was young & knew everything & thought those bumper stickers were SO clever; the ones that said something like, "how come our military gets unlimited B-1 Bombers but schools have to have bake sales to pay for books?"
Today I'd say; "where TF in The Constitution does it say anyting about the fed gov being delegated any powers / responsibilities for education?"
However, protecting the homeland is absolutely a core Constitutional responsibility / power....
