They can use crypto still. Start requiring all employers to use E-Verify to confirm employment. Illegals will self deport even faster.
Send employers to prison for hiring illegals. This should include randoms picking up in the Home Depot parking lot.

Punish the person who contracted the work also. Everyone who hires landscapers to mow their grass, contractors who go shopping for day laborers because a homeowner hired the contractor to do a job. Also end all federal funding to states who do not enforce federal immigration laws.
