Yup, that wall is part of Herod's complex. The Eastern side facing the Mt of Olives is the only part of the complex that can even be considered linked to Solomon's Temple - mostly because Herod could not expand there - it butted the Kidron Valley. Because of the connection with Solomon's Temple that is why Jesus always hung out there - Solomon's Porch. His disciples continued to meet there until they left Jerusalem, before the Romans destroyed the place.
