So Trump has said that the autopen pardons are null and void. Does this mean that anything that was signed by autopen may be null and void? For instance did they use it to sign bills into law? Was it used for executive orders? Does anyone here know ? If so then it could be that "when we are done it will be like you (Biden) were never here".

Supposedly 92% of everything was signed by auto pen. There is a document trail required for an auto pen signature. Word is that the document trail doesn’t exist.
Everything auto pen signed is nullified. Trump listed the executive orders and pardons. He wants to get the democrats to challenge the pardons in court and lose. Speaking of court, at some point he will say all the judicial nominations are nullified. He gets the diamonds. One more justice and a bunch of judges.
Biden appointed 187 judges to the federal district courts, which handle criminal and civil trials, and 45 judges to the federal appeals courts, which handle appeals of cases decided in district courts. He also appointed one justice, Ketanji Brown Jackson, to the Supreme Court.
Have ear plugs when the liberals find out that they are losing all those judges and a justice.
Boom, that's what I was wondering / hoping.
187 judges you say? Where have I heard that number before?
I'm waiting for The Big One to drop and get litigated. And, IMO, directly by SCOTUS. Supposedly, Ketanji "What is a woman" Brown Jackson's nomination was signed by autopen and some other FORMAL document was signed by the autopen. It would be simply wonderful if she was declared null and void for SCOTUS.
I hope Trump nominates someone who is even more conservative than Clarence Thomas.
Yes.
funny how you haven't heard the lefties loosing their mind about nullifying all the autopen docs huh
It will be like they were never even there.
Put an erasure in the auto pen then run every document through the auto-erasure machine.
any arrests?
What does that mean for Trump's EO 13818 that Biden signed to extend a few different times?
