Yes. If it is the will of the people. Hope he can pardon himself before President Trump leaves office. NOT! If Barry has a military tribunal he will not be able to leave his jail cell to run for any office, nor big Mike. These two have a one way ticket to Gitmo and they will not be coming back to the continent. They might be "president" of their prison cell, though.
