Also. The banks don't wanna, because it will cause their other customers to leave, and take their money elsewhere. I mean would YOU keep you life savings in a place that just freezes and takes it, if they don't agree with your political views? A jeet bank might even be more honest...

Stealing those frozen assets equates to ill gotten gains via the banking system.
If they move forward and steal those funds out of escrow, it could cause worldwide financial panic, as other countries ponder:
