His thing is an "independent" agency within the executive branch called CIGIE (Council of the Inspectors General on Integrity and Efficiency) that oversees inspectors general, that subverts presidential authority at will. Basically they're supposed to be DOGE but in reality they're cover for anti-DOGE especially within DOJ. Interestingly that agency was created by legislation written by Chuck Grassley during Bush II's 2nd term just before Obama.

I saw no evidence in the interview. I suppose it was submitted to the very people he is trying to expose which is the DS. Un-elected officials run Washington according to him--which we know--he was just confirming what is all over GAW every day over the last 9 years. IMO
