Maybe Trump can help them out with a good Tariff rate,after they succeed.
Quebec has been itching to leave Canada for ever.
Quebec is already sovereign. Their politicians was paid off long time ago to keep under the rug.
But ... then what would they protest against?
Maybe they and Ottawa can keep each other leaving the rest of Canada at peace...
You would imagine Quebec would make there own seperate country, considering how parochial they seem to be.
But then like those in Paris they would need to work and even produce something useful. No surviving of the Western Provinces natural resources & work.

Yes, this. Very few Americans realize just what an impacted-bowel problem Quebec is to Canada. They only barely consider themselves Canadian, and anyone who thinks they'd be any better as American states needs to learn a lot more Canadian history.
