Ilian Omar doesn't have citizenship period because she wasn't in the womb when she entered the country. She needs to take the oath of citizenship in order to become a citizen.
That and go through 5 years of becoming a naturalized citizen as well as take and pass the citizenship test. She did none of this when she was a “minor”.
The only way a foreign person can automatically become a legal US citizen is if they were somehow born after their Mom crossed the border while they were still in the womb. Hopefully the Supreme court changes that aspect of birthright citizenship.
As a US Congresswoman she could not even pass the US citizenship test right now! How can that be? Let's ask her to take the test and show us the results. Do her constituents have a right to know her level of American history?
