There is an important message here that we need to focus in on. You don't capitalize descriptors of people, but you do capitalize proper nouns. They aren't describing his skin color, which in truth is more of a brown color. "Black" is the personification of a certain culture and viewpoint of the world. Like how we might say someone is a "Reagan Conservative", so it is with a "Black President". When people say, "once you go Black, you'll never go back", they're referring to viewing this way of thinking.

And I have never, not once until your comment, saw anyone capitalize the C in "Reagan Conservative."
Probably because he wasn't one. He signed the amnesty bill that turned California blue.
Reagan was the greatest president of his generation. You can't deny our history.
One, it's been two days, no one else is reading this anymore.
Two, the amnesty bill turned California blue, and invited tons more illegal aliens to come in and hope for another amnesty.

Nothing else he did matters. Nothing.
California was always a liberal cesspool. What changed is that Republicans finally gave up on the cities and decided to focus on the hardworking, deserving folks. Amnesty doesn't matter. Honestly, if Republicans maybe tried befriending some immigrants, it would do the party good. A lot of immigrants are socially conservative and hardworking, what more could we ask for? A lot of native born Americans are just simply not reliable.
