I just saw a video, and this lady ... seems to have some incoherency in what she says … but one thing she says that could be a legitimate issue for Christianity if true is that faithfulness to Jesus counts as idolatry.
The thing is that if they're Noahide laws then all humans get to contribute to them equally.
Everyone is up in arms about the idea that Jews will manipulate Noahide laws so as to treat Christians as idolaters, but they have no power to do this that any other humans have to project their views of idolatry on others.
The fact that the spirit of the age will treat Christianity as idolatry (note that Rabbinical Jews and non-Christian Gentiles are united on this) is no surprise and is easily defeated by Christians continuing to do what they do, spread truth. But this idea that there's something wrong with Jews actively teaching their view is the problem. When the Jews are active, that's when they can be dialogued with about what idolatry really is! And I continue to argue that Judaism doesn't formally regard Christianity as idolatry, despite what some Jews or Christians would want to make it.

No doubt. I’m trying hard to get to a point of ministering to Jews. Got a way to go as yet, and don’t want to go off half-loaded. Some of them know much more than me, and the other ones tend to take any questions to their rabbi without engaging in thought.

We've already had our exchange Fren. The bottom line is you are debating issues that are not what the NOAHide LAWS ARE REALLY ABOUT. The Nations being flooded with incompatible Migrants are the Hoahide laws. The Native Populations no longer considered equals, is the Perniciousness of the Noahide Laws. The One World Government, IS the Noahide Laws. Humanity is being overcome, weakened and imprisoned. Wake up and smell the Treachery.
All that is going on but it's not Noahide laws. I see you're just taking what the cabal is doing and applying a name to it that doesn't work and trying to get traction out of it. Jewish involvement in Noahide laws is not related to the many other Jewish and Gentile involvements in worldbuilding. Immigration, unequal rights, one world government, all very pernicious, but let's call it the UN instead because that is an accurate and Biblical name.
Do you believe in Noah?
Do you believe Noah taught against bloodshed and in favor of worshipping only the true God?
Do you believe that many cultures around the world have flood traditions?
Do you see any problem with humanity agreeing that the second table of the Ten Commandments is pretty good law?
Do you think that using the seven laws stated above as a basis is somehow worse or more easily manipulable than the current bases in the Constitution?

If that’s true, a lot of Christianity could have trouble under prevailing doctrine, and with current understandings of prophetic fulfillment.
I suspect the issue could be addressed with some very small tweaks, but don’t expect those to come from seminary-trained pastors.
Edit: for Protestants anyway, as the Catholics actually do engage in idolatry.
