Who’s the judge? Where will it be tried? In DC? Biased juries there.
This is the most troubling issue. Prosecutions of this magnitude must be Military justice. DC juries will not follow the law when high profile Demonrats are the offenders. The system is broken, especially in Blue jurisdictions.
Military justice is only applicable for people in the military. They don't have the power or rights to put non-military US citizens on trial.

No, and before anyone pivots: martial law, the Insurrection Act, “enemy combatant” labels, or yelling “treason” do not put U.S. civilians into military courts. SCOTUS shut that door 160 years ago (Ex parte Milligan) and reaffirmed it repeatedly. As long as civilian courts exist (even biased ones, even DC )military tribunals are unconstitutional for civilians. Habeas isn’t suspended by vibes, Guantanamo isn’t a magic portal for domestic crimes, and Lincoln’s wartime actions don’t override settled law. If there’s a real case, it has to survive civilian procedure, evidence rules, and appellate review. Anything else is fan fiction.
This is what happens when people just shout "Military tribunals!" into an echo chamber for years. It's just taken as a given that it's not only possible, but probable. And it's really not. If you went and looked at the actual laws surrounding all of it, you would see that. But I'm guessing that you never bothered to do that. It discusses enemy combatants under the law of armed conflict during an actual war, not martial law and not military trials for U.S. civilians inside the United States. The Supreme Court has been explicit (Ex parte Milligan), when civilian courts are open, civilians cannot be tried by the military, and political crimes, corruption cases, or election disputes stay in civilian courts no matter how angry people are. Conflating wartime enemy combatants with domestic officials or citizens is legally wrong and has zero support in U.S. constitutional law.
A US Supreme Court Justice CLEARLY states that American Citizens can fall under Military Law.
Congress has given up its power to the Executive to wage war, that’s why Graham used 9/11 and war on terror as the example.
Then what IS the solution?

That’s why I believe this case may not start soon. We may need to see some lower level trials first with the testimonies being gathered to add to the current list before any serious trial on that level starts.

Justice Czar would be military tribunals presided over by JAG officers like Sessions, Mattis, etc.
Which attorney will take it amd how much protection will they need. I think the military judges need to take the case. Sequester everyone in gitmo in a protected place and get it done.
