How do you remove such corruption without undermining the safety of the city? In the movie trilogy you have a vigilante like Batman who operates outside of the law frameworks.
But in reality it has to be done legally and by the book or else all the work that is done to put away these criminals is undone and they are back on the streets.

The LEGAL SYSTEM needs to be eradicated entirely. This is "the matrix" in which men and women were UNLAWFULLY CONVERTED into fictional, corporate entities.
The common complaint that certain people are "above the law" is misunderstood. Said people are "above the LEGAL conversion trick", making them "above the legal system".
The cabal isn't using "LAWfare" to deceive. They're using "LEGALfare" where those in control can invent brand new RULES (statutes, codes, decrees, mandates, executive orders, etc.), not laws, to avoid detection, protect themselves, maintain power, and keep the ignorant masses in check.

The IRS is a fictional, LEGAL, but UNLAWFUL entity. It exists exclusively within the fictional "admiralty" jurisdiction. The controlling cabal simply deceived American men and women into unwittingly ADMITTING they are fictional entities within the unlawful admiralty jurisdiction known as "Taxpayers" or "Non-filers". Both are man-made, invented LEGALESE terms.
By not admitting you are a "taxpayer", but instead, just a man or woman, you WITTINGLY choose to not participate in their jurisdiction.
Granted, employees of the DE FACTO federal government, and residents living within the geographic region known as "Washington D.C." do have to pay income taxes, because those are the "rules" of the controlling cabal that own and operate these fictional, corporate entities.
And so their game of monopoly proceeds. Are you a 'resident" or wo/man" Are you a person (artificial in the LEGAL system) or wo/man? Are you a "U.S. Citizen" or wo/man? Are you a "driver" of wo/man?
