A criminal goes to court seeking justice. Give it to them. Lock them up, give them a good flogging and ship them back to their place of origin.
In a just world, that case would be thrown out.

It's not the "migrants" *cough* illegals *cough* doing it, it would be the lawyers, and they are only doing it because they know they can find sympathetic *cough* treasonous *cough* judges, that are willing to empty the people's coffers for the cause.
