Several times in the past few months they have dumped 50 million pluse in contracts in a half hour or so. They did it last Tuesday and we finished up for the day. I've never seen that before. Six months ago it took several weeks to recover.
I think the best they could do is hammer the price several dollers and push it sideways for a few weeks. Don't buy any short term calls.
There it it sits, and there it shall remain sitting. It is my nest egg, and will be sold when I need it, in increments, once I no longer have an income. This may happen in a year or two, due to my age. At 75. that age is coming, but I am so frugal it annoys even me some days. Yes, if I sold now, there is a lot I could get done, new floors, new countertops, new doors for the kitchen and front door, a newer car, pay off the house. But I do not 'need' any of those things, and some I could save my fiat and get done. I have no debt other than 4 more years of mortgage. It is a secure feeling to know it sits here, solid, real, in my own hands. If I croak suddenly, my son knows exactly where it is.
LOL you're so frugal it annoys even you. I know that feeling, I am the same way, but I tell you what, it is a good feeling to have enough socked away that come what may, thank the Lord, it could be taken care of.
Anyone want to speculate a bit? It appears if today's 1:75 ratio went to a more appropriate 1:15 ratio, with gold around 6 k, that would put silver around 1,200 per oz. Does that add up to you?
I'm holding my handful of silver until....
A) I absolutely need the money for some unforeseen emergency or
B) The heat death of the universe.
Wise choice RZ...
IMO, you should include:
C) I get an opportunity to get a nice piece of land at a great price.
You know they ain't make anymore of that stuff, land, either.
I stand corrected, but I don't have that much silver.
100% true.
Don't panic if we have a dip on Monday.
We get it every monday, and friday.sometimes they are off a day,so we get the monday dip on Tuesday.
The old one doller dip is now a 3 doller dip,it's more a percentage than a doller amount.
If they go for a big dip, they will try hard to sell a narrative at the same time.
The fundamental numbers don't change. Demand is up and supply is down and stockpiles are very low.
Exactly demand is high so how are the evildoers going to stop that? There is no way.

I will not thank you. God bless
What dip?

Amen!
