I hate labels. I am a registered Independent I am a Christian. I am known to be generous, I am known to be a prude, mostly I mind my own business. I also lived for several decades, and I have a long memory. The USA has gone downward due to liberal policies, and anyone who cannot see that is in major denial. It also hurts my heart to see people making blanket statements regarding one group of people against another. Maybe we can be more compassionate when we realize that all people are victims of very screwed up systems, its great if you are wealthy enough to rise above all of that, but the majority of us still all need to get along and get through the day. If we live our lives with the guiding principles of Christianity, it starts to become obvious who is wrong and who is right. If you take the leftist philosophy to its conclusion, you will see how many freedoms we lose, if you take the far right to its conclusion, we risk the same thing, both roads lead to fascism or a police state one way or another. In the end, what hill will we die on? Mine is freedom, the idea of any government authority coming into my life uninvited, and wanting to control it, makes me very unhappy. I follow the law, I commit no crime, I earned everything I own and have, so, leave me alone. I am not hurting anyone.

He is MAGA and just doesn’t know it yet. MAGA is all about the right policies and leave me the hell alone. Oh, and crushing the criminals. It doesn’t care what ever label that the democrats put on you.

Frienda have told me multiple times in my life they can't figure me out since on many issues I seemed so "insanely liberal", and on others I was "stupidly conservative".

The key was loving each friend & person I met where they were at, flaws and all, with the knowledge that they shared many of my one opinions on life (ie agreed more than we disagreed).

I never had a "single issue" mindset until Trump claimed America First & I really understood he meant what he claimed. Every vote after that really was about putting America & our citizens first. Though that crosses traditional political barriers for sure & that statement always clashes with deep State & entrenched systems/interests. So even "America First" isn't a single voter issue, but rater a guage of whether any idea & vote is really putting America & our citizens first.

This guy just made me laugh when he said half his comments believe he is MAGA & the other half think he is liberal & he doesn't even discuss it past that. I completely understand brother & hope that he continues to help bridge a gap with his viewers.
