The Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation provides education, scholarships, exhibits, events, and media related to the lives of Ronald and Nancy Reagan.
May he rest in peace. He seemed to be a good and honorable man.
Reagan’s Presidential Library is nice. Hussein’s not so.
agreed, I have only seen photos, of the two, will only be visiting Reagan’s
Micheal Reagan had radio show for serval years where he spoke simple truths of being conservative. his show was an outgrowth of rushes show and the fact that his dad was president. he was verry mindful that his radio show only came about because he was the president's son. the fact that he was who he was gave him access to a lot of those we now know as deep state actors. I don't think he was a part of that crowd. on some level he knew what they were and was cordial with them. I noticed that his support for the bushes was passive in that it was based on party not any real fondness. for me him passing is just reminder of how far I have traveled politicly.
good summary of M. Reagan, and words of that he did not seem to be part of that crowd, a long journey for you and me and other anons, for me listening to Rush early ‘90s
Why do so many famous actors adopt children?
don’t know, but Jane Wyman suffered to miscarriages and trouble conceiving after the birth of Maureen, so they adopted Michael so Maureen could have a sibling. A couple of years after Michael was adopted., Ronald Reagan and Jane Wyman’s biological daughter. Christine was born and died shortly thereafter.. this led to the separation of Ronald Reagan and Jane Wyman.
Michael Reagan after their separation was primarily raised by Jane W.
Simi Valley, California – The Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation and Institute mourns the passing of Michael Reagan, the eldest son of President Ronald Reagan and Jane Wyman, and a steadfast guardian of his father’s legacy.
Michael Reagan lived a life shaped by conviction, purpose, and an abiding devotion to President Reagan’s ideals. A successful author, nationally syndicated radio talk show host, and sought-after public speaker, Michael used his voice to champion freedom, personal responsibility, and the principles that defined his father’s presidency. Yet beyond his professional accomplishments, Michael was, above all, a devoted son and a deeply loyal friend to the Reagan Foundation and Institute.
For decades, Michael remained closely connected to the Reagan Library, faithfully attending each February 6th birthday celebration honoring President Reagan. He was a familiar and beloved presence at Foundation events, welcoming friends, family, and visitors alike. Whether escorting guests through the Library, engaging in heartfelt conversations in the Museum Store, or lingering long after events had concluded, Michael never measured his time—only the meaning of each interaction. He took genuine joy in speaking with visitors who shared their admiration for his father, ensuring that every person felt seen, heard, and connected to President Reagan’s enduring story.
President Reagan reflected on his son in An American Life, writing of Michael, “When I read his book, I had even more of a fatherly pride in Mike than I had had before…. he was happy and at peace with himself.” Those words speak not only to a father’s pride, but to the quiet strength and authenticity with which Michael lived his life.
Michael Reagan’s passing is a profound loss to all who knew him and to the millions who valued his dedication to preserving President Reagan’s legacy. His presence, warmth, and unwavering commitment will be deeply missed at the Reagan Library and far beyond its walls.
The Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation and Institute extends its heartfelt condolences to Colleen, Cameron, Ashley, and the entire Reagan family. Our thoughts and prayers are with them during this time of sorrow.
I appreciated how he stood for positive values of President Reagan, was disappointed in the mid-1990s when he made fun of patriots who cautioned of the militarization of law enforecement and he did not get to deep truths of the deep state activities
I don't think that a lot of people in the 1990 understood the direction things were going this includes those politicly connected Like Michael Reagan. the older I get the more I understand that the biggest dangers to out freedom is not what we see and understand to be a danger but what we don't see or don't understand.
in1990, agreed
after 1993, the Waco attack when Koresh when shooting with law enforcement & could have been arrested before the 100-personnel raid with helicopters, that’s when M. Reagan could have spoken out, but instead made fun of the concerned patriots as way-out-there unmarked black helicopter conspiracy theorists
