When I grew up, we all knew (because our elders told us directly) if you even run from the cops, they could shoot you. Someone in her life failed her when she was young. Subsequently, as an adult, she failed herself by not be educated.
I am as conservative as it comes and down with law enforcement to a fault, but I'm sorry that shooting should not have happened. He had time to draw and fire, and he had time to get out of the way. Bad judgement for all involved ended with a life terminated.
