I like where you're going with this but it will discharge too quickly. May I suggest more current and amperage, I'd go 12v car battery for more amps or use a transformer from an electric fence for extreme voltage. I've been an electrician for 20 years, there's a reason I don't wear ANY jewelry and have zero piercings.

Connect a 9 volt battery across two of them.
You'll hear the same sounds coming out her but with extra enthusiasm.
