It does need to pass the Senate. I don't know how many turncoat Republicans will side with the Dems/Commies in the Senate.
Not enough to override a veto
That could be true, but I hope he can override it if it reaches his desk for signature.
President doesn't "override" He will veto the bill if it gets to him.
When/if he does Congress will not have the votes to "override his Veto"
