The truly needy should go to a local church or charity (as some still do!) and look the giver in the eyes and say Thank You (and some of them do). Government money can not replace true charity, and hardens the hearts of the recipients.

Even WITH the subsidies, the major insurance companies are cutting care. I work for a home health company. Humana has been denying home health visits, denying paying claims for home health services and drastically reduced the number of initial visits approved. There has been no increase in pay per visit either.
I don't see any benefit in paying those leeches billions up front.

Me also. A lot of Republicans seem to be of the UNIPARTY.
It's not just the insurance companies.......it's the health care systems as well. It's a symbiosis that all feeds back legislatively
