Eat more bacon. Sausage, cheese, and eggs are good too. You can eat breakfast every meal and easily go 100% keto if you want. I cut down on carbs, but not completely. Yet, I've lost over 80 pounds in two years simply by eating less.
Just so you'll know, there was no "covid." It was the flu, same as every previous year. There is a paper on the Johns Hopkins website which proves that the CDC moved flu deaths to the "covid" column to scare people. Hospitals were paid bonuses to put "covid" on death certificates, regardless of the real cause of death. There was one guy who died in a motorcycle crash in KY, but had "covid" listed on his death certificate.
Meat and cheese taste the same to me, and I'm over 70 and not dead yet.
The cheddar I buy at Food Lion "pulls" like it always has, and it doesn't burn unless you cook a cheese sandwich in a frying pay way too long. I've seen phony videos saying that Kraft cheese burns rather than melts, but they are holding a blowtorch to the cheese, not just melting it in an oven.

I wish I could eat like this^ but the cheese and meat are 🤢 anymore, so I try to eat a lot of eggs.
cheese tastes like plastic, it's one of the first things I noticed during covid, even in Wisconsin:(

sorry I didn't explain that well. I meant during the time of COVID, the food took a turn for the worse.
the cheese doesn't 'pull' like it used to, and it burns easier.
I've been searching for animal rennet cheese instead of the Pfizer variety, but haven't had much luck. about ready to make my own.

That's really fantastic. Good for you!
