They're one of the largest white Christian populations on earth and have absolutely thwarted globohomo attempts to dilute their culture like has been done in Europe and America.
WE have been Duped into providing World Wide Protection to THE Professional Victims Nation, that was Created by the British Rothschild Royalty and the British Government, all while at the same time, paying THEM a hefty Sum periodically as a Protection Racket, where it really isn't clear exactly WHAT it is we are being Protected From.....
But, I'm also NOT CONVINCED that ALL the Bolshevics left Russia, especially with this stupidity happening in Ukraine, with the Ukrainians claiming they are now the New NAZIS....
I was purposely trying to ragebait. In a friendly way. πΈππππ€£π€£
And I hear ya, for sure. I do actually think the M-16 / M4 platform is superior to the AK, but the AK is damn fine, solid, and more than proven too.
Its just my personal preference. I wouldn't be mad if I was forced to use either.
You can't really make any sort of logical argument against the AK; it's purely personal pecadilloes.......
I would like to acquire at least one AK sometime. π But the M4 / M16 has my heart.
Usually, I always go for "bigger is better" but I'm satisfied enough with the ballistics of 5.56 / .223. Plus it's so much softer shooting for faster follow up shots. Lighter & smaller ammo & mags, so you can carry more 5.56.
At the distances I ever imagine needing a carbine (urban / under 200 yards) 5.56 is more than enough. Really the biggest flex for the platform IMO is that the entirety of our US Military - especially all the Secret Squirrels - continue to rely religiously on the M16 / M4 platform. Not to mention virtually every single LEO agency across America.....
If it's good enough for ALL of them, it's definitely good enough for me.
But....... preparedness & redundancy is the name of the game.... so, if the situation were to arise, damn straight I've got a stable of .30-cal rifles waiting to be called upon. ππ«‘π
Because sometimes you do just need to reach out & touch someone. πΌπ΅πΆ
ETA:
Sorry, missed your last part about 6.8 / 5.7.......
Whoa; really?!? You like 5.7??
I never really bothered researching any of the "cool kid / new hotness" calibers like 6.5CM, 6.8, etc.
Really only because of logistics.
I do not want to have to get all new parts, cleaning supplies, ammo, magazines, etc. etc. I have made the personal decision to standardize on 5.56 / .223, .308 / 7.62, and .45. Ok, ok... some 9mm too. π«‘
The 6.8 & 6.5 definitely seem to have some zip to them, that's for darn sure!
5.7x28..... what rifle usually chambers that?!?
To ensure I'm correct;
5.56x45 = .223, you're talking about 5.7x 28, yeah?
I always like to learn about new stuff....esp. gun stuff. ππΈ
The reasoning for using a 5.7x28 is the same reasoning you made for the 223/556. Historically, or so I've heard, people say that wars/battles are won by the side with more ammo.... not larger ammo. I think the only case for "larger ammo winning" would be the times that nukes have been dropped.
In any case, there are not many "rifles" chambered in 5.7x28 because the barrel length that is optimal for that round isn't very long. I think the FN P90 uses a 10" barrel. Keltec P50 uses a 9" barrel. So I'd say most of what you can get are considered "pistols", albeit, large unwieldy "pistols". CMMG Dissent can be purchased in 5.7x28 (excellent pistol btw) and is based upon the AR platform. You don't really need to do anything to it "upgrade" wise though because it comes with premium parts already installed from CMMG. A "small" AR mag holds 40 rounds of 5.7x28mm which is "a lot" IMO.
The 6.8SPC will make deer drop like they were struck by lightning due to the way the round transfers energy int what it hits. It's literally a "one shot kill" kind of a round. I'm fairly certain in combat it will easily blow up arms/legs if you get off center mass and it has the ballistics to shoot "flat" at quite a good distance.
My preferred 308 platform is not a bolt gun or an AR-10/LR308..... it's the Spanish Cetme/H&K G3 due to the roller delayed blow back action.
I don't really consider the AR platform a "battle rifle" due to it's small caliber size. You wouldn't be able to disable a vehicle very easily using the AR ammo, where as the 30 call stuff would have no issue puncturing an engine block after going through a fender.
I'm not an expert on any of this stuff either, I'm just a dude on the internet.

"Are we the baddies?"
Keep in mind though the woke and marxist propaganda and unrest is funded by China and other adversaries.
No, No we are not....
WE are the DUPES....

I think he meant it in jest / in general; as in kind of an "epiphany" moment of "holy shit, have we been lied to, are WE the bad guys?!?"
That's how I read it, but doesn't mean you can't interpret it wildly differently... π€£ππ€·π»ββοΈ
And yes, absolutely we've been DUPED BADLY!!! Brainwashed.
OK, but who commie-fied China....?
I've been reading it was a certain tiny little middle eastern country.....that's not muslim.....definitely not Christian either......
Oh I can't believe I forgot; YES!
Yes, you are 100% Correct!!! I've heard of some of those types of things going over there & absolutely LOVE IT!!!! πππ»ππ«‘
It truly sounds like we have a shit ton more in common with Russia & her people than not.
Although the M16 / M4 is better than the AK..... ππππ€£π€£π«‘π«‘πΈπΈ
I agree the gun is better but I'm on the fence about whether or not the .223/5.56 is better than the 7.62x39.
Really I don't think either are great. I prefer 6.8spc and 308..... and 5.7x28. ;)
