An 11-year-old Pennsylvania boy is facing criminal homicide charges after fatally shooting his father this week. According to law enforcement officials, the boy told his mother "I killed daddy" after the killing, which was reportedly motivated by his paren...

I tend to look at these stories with a bit of skepticism. Why? Because contrary to what a lot of people want to believe true sociopathy and psychopathy are EXTREMELY RARE, effecting only roughly 1% or less of the population in most countries.
These types of cases also tend to have layers to them you only get from researching beyond the surface. For example, if you look into the article and google the names, you can find some posts and articles that actually show family pictures. Being blunt, they look like typical liberals to me. The child was also apparently adopted at the age of 3 from a problematic home AND was autistic.
I found SOME articles saying the child saying the child had a black eye and busted lip as well AND contradictory articles with some claiming the child "emotionlessly said I killed daddy" and others saying he was crying his eyes out saying he killed daddy and hated himself.
It ALSO makes zero sense that the mother supposedly didn't know where the gun safe key was (a common thread in all articles I read) but the child FOUND it, meaning it was in a place child accessible but the wife didn't even know where it was?
This just reeks of foul play in SOME way. Either the child was disturbed before adoption and this is a case of liberal white knighting trying to use a disturbed, mentally ill child as their pet project to virtue signal about how "great" they are.
OR
The child didn't actually do it and it was the mom, who's now using the autistic child as a patsy for her actions.
So much just doesn't add up when you look into it with any amount of depth. ALL of the articles describe the gun as an unloaded revolver that had to be loaded before it could be fired. Assuming this was the token self defense handgun that even many liberals will own (makes sense given its a revolver and most gun people will have a glock or something "normal" instead, whereas liberals buy something deemed "safer" most of the time), WHY would you keep it unloaded IN the safe? Furthermore how did an apparently low functioning autistic child (who're infamous for having poor hand-eye coordination) manage the process of loading and firing a gun without ANY prior experience upon finding it? It's not like all revolvers work the same, pretty much every brand has a different unlocking mechanism unique to that brand.
FURTHER MORE, the placing of things makes no sense. Again, assuming this was the token self defense gun in the house, WHY was it not IN THE PARENTS BED ROOM where 99% of people keep said self defense gun? Because apparently the child found it ELSEWHERE in the house, somehow managed to load it without shooting himself or the floor/ceiling, and THEN entered the parents bedroom without waking them and shot the father.
Which is ANOTHER point of contention since the mother claims she "woke up slowly after a loud pop and the smell of fireworks hit here". Meaning she was asleep next to him. It was a head shot, so you're telling me she was sleeping DIRECTLY next to the father as he was shot and didn't get JOLTED awake from the sound of a point blank gun shot INDOORS? Furthermore at that range, she didn't get ANY splatter on here that would INSTANTLY wake her up and have her start screaming from being traumatized?
If the child was angry, why did he only load one bullet and ONLY kill the father? And that's actually ANOTHER point of contention, with revolvers you have to know HOW that specific model/brand works to do things like load a single bullet. A low functioning autistic child would probably assume you stick it in the cylinder hole directly in front of the barrel, but in reality to fire only one shot you have to offset it to either the right or left one cylinder hole, which again depends on the brand/model because SOME rotate clockwise and OTHERS rotate counterclockwise. Meaning with NO prior experience, and taking into account the low functioning autistic bit, this is becoming more and more suspect.
Now, I'm not gonna be an armchair PD. Not my thing, but I CAN point out that 90% of this doesn't pass the sniff test and to ME at least its VERY obvious there's more to this story than "11 year old kills dad over nintendo switch).
SOMETHING else is at play here, but the media saw a controversial headline and went with it for engagement.
Excellent reasoning, lets hope the detective on the case has the same ability.
Daddy was mean to me, he took away my switch and made me go to bed.
Horrible, but still better than killing his classmates at school in a few years because some kids pissed him off.
Always have to find a silver lining.
😭They'll let him off, so he'll be able to kill again. jmo 😮
'Brain Rot' doesn't just refer to content.
"the Veldt" used to be a fictional story.
While this is tragic and heart breaking, why was that weapon secured properly?
