GameStop is aware of the “GameStop Infinite Money Glitch,” exposed by YouTuber RJCmedia.
By purchasing a Nintendo Switch 2 for $414.99 and then immediately trading it back in along with the purchase of a pre-owned game, a promotional bonus was triggered that increased the Switch 2 trade credit to $472.50.
In short, our system briefly valued the pre-owned trade more than the new retail cost of the console itself, creating a narrow window where customers could repeat this transaction over and over again to amass infinite trade credit.
Effective immediately, the glitch has been patched. Trade promotions have been updated to ensure customers can no longer convert basic arithmetic into an endless revenue stream, and balance has been restored.
GameStop remains committed to offering promotions that reward our customers, and while we applaud the creativity, we gently remind everyone that our stores are not designed to function as infinite money printers.
If it hits upwards near .37 EPS or beats it next Q, than it could have a solid run to $40 fundamentally. With a 23 PE, Id say its fairly valued given today's standards of valuation. Therefore I'd rate it a buy due to next Qs guidance and current valuation.
Yes I do agree its being heavily shorted. A 10.37 short ratio is very high. Hopefully a strong short squeeze will happen and push it higher but my price target now is $40.

RC just bought 500,000 more shares at close.
This.
Insiders sell shares for any number of reasons....
But they only buy shares for one reason.....
To make money.
Don't forget that Alan attal ALSO bought a bunch of shares too! Not as much as Ryan but still a big purchase.
Let's fucking go

The current price is fake and gay.
Highly manipulated, highly naked shorted to hold the price way the fuck below where it would be if it was a normal stock.
TA doesn't work on GME because of the insane amount of fuckery and illegal activity by the shorts.
Hoping we can wreck the Shorts so they lose control and we rocket

did he light the fuse?
NYSE announcing T-0 tokenized blockchain trading lit the fuse. Game over. Atomic settlement it’s called.
That’s what’s I was hoping but I have no rationale to base it on
If Trump gets rates to zero or close post Powell. And the Japanese carry trade continues to unwind. The mass deleveraging and margin calls begin.
It has to do with ones character. He’s a thief plain and simple
