Exactly, why is she doing interviews and not arresting people? People of action don't sit around talking or thinking about what they're going to do, they just get it done silently. No need for grandstanding even if there is merit.
But people who have responsibility to inform the public do.
Because it's not her job to go out and arrest people. She presumably already gave the order.
