There are two Tesla Wardenclffe towers that I know of, one NW of Moscow and one in Texas. It would only take another 3 or 4 scattered around the planet to give all of humanity free energy forever. The original one did work as it was supposed to, it was shut down as its backer JP Morgan found that it could not be metered. there was no money to be made.
