What if the perp reached for something else? Hard to tell in that melee
Some are saying perp reach for an officer's weapon and shot first.
Hard for me to make out anything, cause it's just a lot of brown in jpeg.
It is hard to tell but its also hard to believe a lanky ICU nurse could overpower a dog pile of federal agents to reach for a gun when he's already face down on the pavement.
