Going out with a loaded gun is asking for trouble. It doesn't matter if he didn't draw it and was disarmed before he was shot. Simply going out on the street with a loaded gun is enough to demonstrate intent, especially with two magazines, which is what President Trump is getting at in his post.
Armed is a death sentence? So much for the 2nd Amendment
He presented a dangerous situation to officers by carrying a gun. Again, it doesn't matter if he didn't bring it out, just having it is a threat to the safety of law enforcement, so their actions are justified. The 2nd amendment was never about allowing people to recklessly endanger law enforcement. That might rub 2A people the wrong way, but we know that President Trump is making the right call here, so it is our duty to back him up on this.
