Should the doctor go to jail or the manufacturers of the vaccine? Or is the parents culpable for the unfortunate death by exposing their child to it? I guess a judge will have to answer those questions, though. (now, will that judge be a liberal or a conservative because there will probably be two different outcomes on the verdict)
