Of course this won't resolve it. The administration isn't serious in getting these people deported because if it was, it would target employers with sanctions and utilize Social Security numbers and other means to ID them. It would go after Landlords with sanctions and mandatory citizen checks. It would go after school administrators with the same. There are ways to put these people out of jobs and housing, it's just not being done.
