If they weren't real, people (Lords and Princesses) wouldn't be resigning or putting out official "I didn't know" statements. They'd be denying until their last breath.

Because the government and some other prominent people say they are real. How do you know a billion dollars is real? Have you ever seen it?

...They still haven't even released all of it....that's what most people will complain about.
