The Senior Executive Service (SES) has not been removed. It remains a key component of the U.S. federal government's leadership structure, established by the Civil Service Reform Act of 1978. However, recent actions under the Trump administration—including executive orders, OPM guidance, and proposed rulemaking—have significantly restructured the SES, particularly focusing on performance ratings, accountability, and the reduction of career-reserved positions. These changes aim to increase performance rigor and political alignment, but the SES itself continues to exist.
You know how to crush a pede's hopes, dreams and desires. But I do have faith the long roll out of the Q plan is meant to open tightly shut eyes. Hopefully these lame brained idiots protesting ICE will have the common sense to listen to reason and formulate a well thought out opinion about how they are being used by TPTB.
Is this the way to get rid of the SES?
Probably
SES needs to be eliminated. jmo

Does this mean 3/4 of Congress will get the boot?
Unfortunately no. Only the voters or law enforcement can do that.

In the grand scheme of things. the people protesting ICE are nothing more than a very, very loud but minuscule minority. They're the 4-6%.
Then let's round them up and see if the protests begin the wane!
Good news for sure as we need to get rid of the people who are sabotaging the President's agenda. There seems to be a lot of them still.
