Ivermectin has powerful antitumor effects, including the inhibition of proliferation, metastasis, and angiogenic activity, in a variety of cancer cells. This may be related to the regulation of multiple signaling pathways by ivermectin through PAK1 kinase. On the other hand, ivermectin promotes programmed cancer cell death, including apoptosis, autophagy and pyroptosis. Ivermectin induces apoptosis and autophagy is mutually regulated. Interestingly, ivermectin can also inhibit tumor stem cells and reverse multidrug resistance and exerts the optimal effect when used in combination with other chemotherapy drugs.
Ivermectin is a macrolide antiparasitic drug with a 16-membered ring that is widely used for the treatment of many parasitic diseases such as river blindness, elephantiasis and scabies. Satoshi ōmura and William C. Campbell won the 2015 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine for the discovery of the excellent efficacy of ivermectin against parasitic diseases. Recently, ivermectin has been reported to inhibit the proliferation of several tumor cells by regulating multiple signaling pathways. This suggests that ivermectin may be an anticancer drug with great potential. Here, we reviewed the related mechanisms by which ivermectin inhibited the development of different cancers and promoted programmed cell death and discussed the prospects for the clinical application of ivermectin as an anticancer drug for neoplasm therapy.
More info, plz. Horse paste on skin? Or stronger prescription from Frontline Dr’s or All Family or ???? How many times a day/week/weeks?
Spouse has an appt to be sliced. We couldn’t find specific dosing info for Iver. Dermatologist would not prescribe cuz, “It’s not FDA approved for skin cancer.”
Demons
I had a cancer looking growth on my cheek. Maybe 1/2” x 3/8”. Grey colored, was becoming thick enough with a rough edge so my shaver would catch it if I wasn’t super careful shaving.
I’d been using horse paste for a year or two by then. Thinking what the heck I started using paste on it every time I showered. It’s essentially disappeared. Can’t see it unless I look so very close. And only because I knew it was there.
My conclusion is it works.
Excellent. T/u!
How long did you use it to see results?
I didn’t keep any records. I’m guessing maybe a couple months…for visible reduction. Maybe 6 months till it wasn’t protruding any longer.
I thought of the whole doctor, biopsy, etc thing and then read here biopsy’s can cause it to spread. So self diagnosed and here I am.
As I mentioned, I can only see it now because I know where it was. It is truly amazing. I also have a growth thing on the back of my head…haven’t been putting paste on it directly, but I take about an inch of paste 1-2 times a week. And it is down to 1/4 the side it was a few months ago.
It all makes perfect sense after reading all the information we see here.
Good luck!
That’s great! Will be getting some more asap.
T/u very much.
Correct.
In some countries, people are able to get ivermectin injections into their muscle, because some professionals care more about patients than government protocols. In this particular case, it was on the face. 3 injections were used in combination with diluted apple cider vinegar.
This is actually not even the ideal method, but the person of note did not want to tell the administrator that melanoma was involved.
Wow…
Yeah. If it was me, I’d go with what the other guy did.
Not recommending this path, but it did work.
Btw injections require icing the location of injection to avoid the skin and muscle feeling like they’re on fire.
lol…yikes.
