Prior to the wikileaks release in 2016 the FBI already had internal manuals for fighting pedophilia which included a glossary of the code words that the FBI had deciphered over the years including pizza, cheese, hotdogs. The DNC emailers and their cronies didn’t know that Seth Rich was going to burn them so they didn’t do much to obscure the context, so their usage vindicates the FBI’s prior research. For example, Obama paying $65K for hotdogs for a DC party.
