I know I saw that bit before (with the girl) in one of the versions....
Yes, back in the 80s, NBC showed over 4 nights called The Godfather Chronicles, which recut the first two movies in chronological order and added scenes that were cut from the theatrical version. This was one of them and it’s the only time I saw it other than this YT clip. I tried to look for the full version on streaming but haven’t been able to find it yet.
