It says in the ruling it’s for Nepal Nicaragua and Honduras but maybe it sets precedent. But I’m pretty sure the Haitians are in a different group of cases
By granting the stay, the Ninth Circuit allows the Trump administration's terminations to go back into effect temporarily, while the full appeal plays out.
The panel said the government is likely to succeed on appeal (either because courts lack jurisdiction to review this kind of TPS decision, or because the terminations weren't unlawful/arbitrary).
What we are watching is staging for the upcoming mass deportation. PDJT is securing all of the court rulings he needs to make it happen when all of the necessary pieces and players are in place.
Goodbye Somalians. Goodbye Haitians. Goodbye Chicoms. God bye Mecicans. Goodbye to all the scum that made our cities into sh*tholes.
Amen.

This is great news. The fight won't end here, but it is good news indeed. Thank you for posting.
Amen. I am so glad too.
Before getting excited about this, did anyone check with Hawaiian judge, or Boasberg?

Time to get them out.
Does this mean there is an honest judge?
