These criminal politicians in IL probably thought it would go unnoticed and could pocket the 500K. I believe they are far more corrupt than incompetent. Regardless, section 270 obviously needs to be removed since the college no longer exists. May be the only real example of "death by covid." The college should've been vaxxxed and boosted.
