No kidding. That fact that we actually have to pass a bill to do something so common sense and that should be contained already within regulatory structure is absolutely insane.
Right? What’s next? A law to make it legal for the president to enforce existing immigration law?
Our goverment had to take more time and money to create a bill that states the obvious.!
