This is something that is unifying the public on both sides, they're frothing at the mouth for SOMETHING to go down in relation to Epstein but Bondi seems completely opposed to any action.
I honestly don't get it.

My question is regarding "double jeopardy" and if the military tribunals lose the ability to prosecute for crimes already tried and convicted by the DOJ.
Essentially, If Bondi and the DOJ go after the Epstein listers, does that remove those charges from the docket if they end up in front of a military tribunal?
If so, then stalling while an ongoing RICO case is pending that includes all the Epstein stuff, election stuff, and fraud stuff makes sense. If Epstein and Fraud was used as leverage to make people do their part in the coup, then it would be relevant in the tribunal. But if those cases get settled seperately it might hinder the ability of the military legally to use it.
Just a theory rattling around my head.
I think double jeopardy only happens when someone is tried and acquitted, and someone else attempts to try the case again.
I don't believe it happens if one of the (MANY) corrupt places in this country call a grand jury and decide to throw a case out, and someone comes along and files again. The defendant couldn't have double jeopardy because he never faced a court. Remember, the grand juries don't allow a possible defendant to mount any defense because at that point it is still secret and they haven't yet been charged.
I still believe the good guys are trying really hard to connect the dots into a giant RICO case with ties to Florida (via the Trump raid) so they can have a US Attorney that will file charges and they have a much bigger chance at getting a jury pool that is not 100% demon leftists.
I also think this won't happen until Bondi is gone - not just because she has sat on everything so long she probably has moss growing on her ass, but because I don't believe we can trust her to not interfere.
