Who defines what merit is in this context? Or is it just a self-reported metric? Ala “We pinky promise to use merit.”
It’s not like American Companies are inexperienced with figuring out how to finagle and lie their way past employment laws.
Any landing you can walk away from is a good landing.
If the airplane is reusable it is a great landing.
