"Scrapbooks" - just pictures and memorabilia. That may - or may not - be what she's talking about.
Hefner (who was said to have been an alphabet agency "asset") was likely an old school version of Epstein.
A few years ago, someone (ICRW) said Hefner had shown him a vault full of video tapes of celebrities, politicians, elites and the like in compromising situations (i.e., "kompromat"). Even without the heinous type of things that are alledgedly in the Epstein files, one can bet that the material Hefner (again, alledgedly an alphabet-agency "asset") had could have been - and was - used for blackmail.
"Nothing's new under the sun." Though, if the vault material were released, the who and when (from among who, what, when, where, why and how) might be "interesting" and potentially damning(?) for those (living and dead) involved.
Are you talking about that lawyer guy... like "crazy days and nights" or something like that? I remember that. I remember reading his stories. Hefner was probably just as sleazy, if not more, than Epstein. I'm sure there is a whole line of sleaze bags that we don't know about.

Can't recall who it was, but, yeah, as effective as leverage (blackmail, bribery, and such) is, there are/were likely a bunch of honeypots
