Kavanaugh is the other dissent in the trio. In several dissenting opinions he has written, he spells out remedies - giving Trump a path forward legally.
interesting observation, thanks for sharing this, another big case might be in the future if there are military tribunal and the woke side trying to block them, just as Cavanagh at his confirmation hearing already confirmed he understands the constitutionality of the military courts, and when they are proper appropriately to be used
Kavanaugh is a good legal mind. So far, to me, has has been the best of Trump's picks. I just wish he would have went with the FL judge he was looking at instead of ACB. Methuselah in the Senate threatened to block Trump' pick of the FL judge. So, ACB was the compromise. She is good on society types of issues, but when it comes to decisions that effect business and trade, she is always on the side of big business interests. Strong family ties in that area.
As a side note. Thomas in some of his dissenting opinions has also offered legal remedies. So Kavanaugh is not the only one. They are both very brilliant legal minds.
