How is it a power up if he can charge a license but not a license fee? Just trying to make sense of his post.
Why does his mention of License Fees make me think of Pacific Palisades?
Because a License is permission to do something from the ruling power. If they OWN their land why do they need permission to rebuild / build on it ?
If they just rent (property taxes) the land they need permission (permits)🤔
