I'm liking Rubio more and more. Fortunately / unfortunately he's NOT eligible to become POTUS, but MAYBE he can be used to help argue and explain exactly why the special qualifications are in place to begin with. Hopefully Homobama will claim Kenyan citizenship.

🟢 Marco's parents Mario and Oriales Rubio were born in Cuba.
🟢 They immigrated to the United States 1956.
🟢 Marco was born on May 28th, 1971.
🟢 Marco's parents were later naturalized as U.S. citizens in 1975.
Article II section IV of the US Constitution states that:
No person except a Natural Born Citizen can be president.
For the same reason that Obama could run (and allegedly won!). Though, the media & the courts gave Obama kid-glove treatment and that's how he got away with it. Short explanation: we live in a lawless society. Rules for thee, not for me.
That's all I can figure. Or she's just dumb. A possibility. Who thinks they can "acquire" $40 mil in a year? She's looking at Pelosi, but not taking into account all the years Pelosi has been there insider trading - slow build up, not instant lol
The natural born citizen clause that according to the international understanding of its terms at the time of its drafting (must have all 3- born in the nation, father is citizen, mother is citizen) has not been formally implemented into elections law and policy.

I think they mean Marco IS eligible.
His parent's were NOT Naturalized citizens when he was born here. So he is not eligible to be POTUS.
To prevent a person with loyalty to another nation (Manchurian candidate like Homobama) the position of POTUS has extra special restrictions.
Marco can hold any other position except POTUS and VP.

They are IGNORING the "natural born" part. His parents are citizens NOW so they consider that ok. SMH
