Uhmm… „total immunity“ - how does that work for the goons who mowed down unarmed protesters? Tortured and killed the people? Stoned women for not wearing the covering?

Does that mean total immunity from Israel/USA intervention, but the people, once they‘re free, can bring those evil perps to justice?
